GBSAN Bushcare Group Activities
The Bushcare group worked at Haley’s property, Sugarloaf, on Wednesday, 11th February 2026. This follows up on support provided to the Quoll Society’s planting efforts at the same site in 2024,
Haley has had a good strike rate of 95% success. She requested assistance to brushcut the area, replace trees that have died and to plant out a new area with saltbush and Bulbine Lilly (an important bushtucker native plant). We were able to use our new Brushcutter bought with the generous donation from the RSL Community grant scheme.
