Nature journaling
Term 2 update:
The GBSAN Ballandean SS Bell’s Turtle project has been quieter during Term 2, with activities set to increase in Terms 3 and 4.
Nature journaling and art: During Term 2, Barb Benham continued working with students on nature journaling as a playful and engaging way to observe and record what is happening at the creek. She also showed students how their drawings and comments can be brought together to create an engaging artwork.
Looking ahead to Term 3:
These sessions are helping students prepare for the major art installation planned for Term 3 with Kambuwal Elder Selena Griffin and Barb.
