About the project:
Granite Belt Sustainable Action Network (GBSAN) is supporting native species through the landscape linkages project. By planting vegetation linking National Parks, State Forests and other land we can create wildlife corridors. We can also work together to remove pests and non-native plants, and perform protective works that will help create thriving ecosystems for species under threat. Currently 62 Landholders signed up to the Landscape Linkages project.
Planning for Stage 2
Planning for Stage 2 is to be launched at Eukey Hall on 11 October. All landholders currently signed up to the project will be invited and we will have guest speakers and a progress report of Stage 1. We are aiming to increase Landholder numbers with existing members inviting a neighbour or two along. We will survey the possibilities and needs of landholders to start stage 2.
